Warranty coverage
Every fob, remote head key, transponder key and blank carries a lifetime warranty against defects in the shell, board, battery contacts and cut blade. If a unit fails, send it back and we replace it — no proof of purchase gymnastics, your order lookup is enough.
What isn't covered
Physical damage from drops, water submersion, or a key that was cut or programmed by a third party after delivery. Batteries are consumable and excluded after the first 12 months.
Shipping
In-stock items ship the same business day when ordered before 3pm CT. Standard 2-day delivery is included on orders over $99; overnight is available at checkout. Keys cut to VIN add one business day for verification.
Returns
Unprogrammed keys can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Once a key has been paired to a vehicle's immobilizer it can no longer be resold, so programmed keys are exchange-only under the fitment guarantee.
Fitment guarantee
If our vehicle finder confirmed a part for your year, make and model and it doesn't fit, we pay return shipping both ways and send the correct part on priority.
